Initial Consultation Package

1 x 90 Minute Initial Consultation
4 x 45 Minute Follow Up Appointments
The First Consultation is about getting to know you and will last around 70-90 Minutes. It will cover an analysis of your past and present health concerns, an in depth discussion of your health goals and strategies to achieve them and a review of your current medications and supplements.
Your second appointment will typically be scheduled 2-3 weeks after your first visit and will allow us to:
- Review your progress and any lab testing that has been requested.
- Implement next steps in the treatment plan.
Your final appointments will be scheduled as needed to best ensure that your health needs are being met.
Included in this package are some clinical screening tools to help identify the cause of your health issues, including but not limited to:
- Live Blood Screening x 2 (1st and last appointments)
- Zinc Profile Test
- Blood Pressure Check
- Blood Glucose Monitoring
- Blood Test Referral and interpretations
(none of these tests are diagnostic)
You will be given dietary and lifestyle advice, handouts, access to password secured resources, a personalized treatment plan and ongoing support, all individually tailored to help you achieve your health goals.

Follow Up Consultation Package
$395
3 x 45 Minute Appointments
This package is great value and is designed for individuals needing extra support after completing their initial health package or those with chronic, long term conditions. It is also ideal for long term clients wanting to get their health back on track.
Included in this package is a new treatment plan to achieve your long term health goals, supplement review, referrals to other health practitioners if necessary and 1 x Live Blood Screening, as well as various in-clinic testing, further Blood Test Referrals and Interpretations as well as relevant resources and information.
Standard Initial Consultations will be charged at $200 for 90mins, including clinical inhouse testing. Online consultations are charged at $140 for one hour.
Continued or additional support are offered at standard rates of $100 for 40 Minutes.
Supplements, herbal tinctures and pathology testing will incur additional fees
10% off for students, seniors and pensioners for all consultations only.
Acute Consultation
$50
20 Minutes
Acute health appointments are for new and existing clients with recent health concerns or acute illnesses. These appointments require less preparation and will focus directly on your current concern.
If I feel that you also have underlying health concerns that you may not be aware of, I will discuss this with you during your appointment and suggest that you book in a functional medicine appointment, if you are interested in addressing these concerns.
Example situations where an acute appointment can be booked:
- Recent illness where you would like individualised herbal/nutritional support.
- Recent symptom – with a sudden onset (if you have multiple symptoms or your symptom/s has been gradually worsening over the last few months/years, I suggest a functional medicine consultation).
- Supplement or blood test result review – if you would like me to assess your current supplementation to make sure you aren’t missing anything, or if you would like a second opinion on pathology or functional medicine tests.
- Diet review – If you would like me to assess your current diet to ensure it is nutritionally sound and suitable for your unique needs
